Chandler says Merry Christmas, and on the inside he is saying I can't believe these people do this to me. Poor dog.

Chandler our dog was a real sport in putting on the antlers for the pictures. We also made it to the mall this year to see Santa. Both kids were excited but when we got there and Avery got a look at the big man in the red suit she was having nothing to do with it. She wouldn't even let me put her down to take the picture. But Connor did very well and he told santa the same thing that he had told us he wanted for Christmas. A plus since Santa already bout it! Hahaha

First Snowman of the year!

One of our first big snows was perfect for snow balls and snowman making. The kids had a good time helping me make and lift the body parts. However they were not very happy when Chandler (our golden retriever) ripped one of the stick arms off and chewed it up! We also had fun watching it melt in to different things.

Another trip to Pindale

While visiting me partents in Pinedale, the kids and i were able to go to their neighbors and see the puppies. My parents dog happens to be the Dad. Connor loved them but Avery wasn't sure what to think and did not want to hold them.

Trick or Treat!!

This year we tried the safe trick or treating downtown. Yes it is during the day but the kids don't care if it is dark outside when they trick or treat. They had a good time and the Tom and Jerry costumes were a big hit. We did go trick or treating on Halloween and then stayed home and handed out candy. connor loved putting the candy in the kids bags.

We went to the Pumpkin Patch this year to get our pumkins. There were lots to choose from. We had fun looking for the right ones to take home.

While we were in Pindale we went up to a couple of the lakes that are close to Pinedale. The kids enjoyed playing in the water and slashing about. Even though the misquitos were about ready to pack us all off!

First Trip to Pinedale, Wy

My parents moved to Pinedale this summer so after they got all settled in we took a trip over to see their new place. While we were there the kids rode the ponies that Gammie and Papa had gotten for them. Their names are Major and Nellie. Nellie is a little wild but major is like a pet. Connor also rode Star one of Papa's horses. The kids like the new house and they have enjoyed going and spending some time at Gammie and Papa's new place.

Over the Fourth of July we had a family reunion with Chris's mom's side of the family. We all had a great time up in the mountians above Dubois.

Jenny's Graduation and More!

Jenny's Graduation and More!

Well Jenny finially graduated!! Yeah!! We are going to miss her if she moves away for a job though. Lots of family made it to help her celebrate, Grandma and Grandpa Bly, Gramma Shirley, our Aunt Jodi and cousin Andrew. Jenny's boyfriend Jeremiah even showed up as a surprise! We all really like him as you can see with the pictures of the kids and him and we hope he stays around for awhile! Avery got a new cowgirl hat and had to show it off. She makes a cute cowgirl with all those curls.

Avery's 2nd Birthday

Avery turned 2 on April 17th. She cried while we sang Happy Birthday to her but enjoyed opening her presents (with Connor's help of course). Our friends the Hoffmans from Denver were able to make it for the weekend and we had a great time catching up with them and their twin boys. As you can see Robert and Matthew got worn out and fell asleep right before dinner time. They are too cute! It is hard to believe that Avery is two time goes by fast.

HAPPY EASTER!

Connor would not sit on the Easter Bunnies lap and he would not sit there unless Avery went with him. He's funny! Avery looks scared but we just caught her in between smiles.

Avery loved the Easter Bunny! She kept saying "Hop, Bunny Hop Bunny,".

Our Trip to Flordia

Recently Connor, Avery, Aunt Jenny and I went to Daytona Beach, Florida to visit Josh. We had a great time. We went to the beach even though the weather was not that great. It rained on us on day and the other time it was only about 60 degrees and the wing blew. But we went anyway. The kids loved it. Connor liked digging in the sand and Avery liked the waved the best. On one of the days we went to Ponce de Leon Lighthouse which is the tallest in Florida. We climbed all 203 stops to the top. Connor on top of Josh's shoulders gave for a great workout! On one of the night we fed alligators and played miniature golf on a great little golf course. It was like a little island with caves and waterfalls. It poured on us while we played and we were all soaked. It didn't seem to stop Connor he was still golfing away as it rained. Josh also took us to a Hibachi Grill ( sorry if it is spelled wrong) a Japanese Steak house which was so good. The cook all your food right in front of you and do little tricks while the cook. The kids liked this too as they were entertained while we waited for our food. They kids for the most part did pretty well on the airplane rides. As for carrying three suitcases, two car seats, two carry ons, and two kids that was a whole different story. It was really great getting to spend time with Josh and see where he lives and plays. Connor said he was not coming home when we got ready to leave. We can't wait to back!

MONSTER TRUCK SHOW!

Yhis last weekend the boys went to a monster truck show. Connor and his new friend Reece had a blast. The boys down on the track Reece on the tire of Big Foot

Connor and Reece by a tire of one of the trucks. They did not get home untill eleven that night and the boys were still awake and rowdy when they got home.. I think they all had a really good time!
